13.  GENERAL MAJORS

            Lew Muckle - $3,000.00 per year for no more than four (4) years

            Edward Wilmot Blyden - $1,000.00 per year for four (4) years

14.  VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL GUARD

Children under 25 years of age, of members and officers of the National Guard of the V.I. who die or sustain permanent total disability in the line of official duty while on territorial active military duty, active federal duty or training duty.
            $2,000.00 a year not to exceed four (4) years

15. VALEDICTORIAN/ SALUTATORIAN AWARDS

            Each high school valedictorian shall receive $1,000.00

Each high school salutatorian shall receive $700.00

16.  EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN

            Be suffering from a physical or mental disability and need educational training not available in the V.I. public school.  $2,000.00 per year not to exceed four (4) years.
