Stephanie J. Berry was born on St. Croix. To executive leadership and senior management involved in operations requiring expert administrator competencies, including the ability to implement innovative process improvement programs, Ms Berry brings the strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment gained during a successful career leveraging diverse administrative expertise with a variety of private and government entities.

Ms. Berry has remained dedicated to providing the best possible quality of service throughout her professional career and is zealous about sharing her knowledge with her peers to improve their quality of life. As the proud parent of children educated in the Virgin Islands and a continuous learner, Ms. Berry is an advocate for improving the quality of education for our students and teaching professionals alike.

Ms. Berry is a graduate of St. Joseph High School and holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree. She is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP), certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
