Yes, the Exceptional Children Grant is available for school age children. Child must have a physical or mental disability and demonstrated exceptional abilities and the need for educational training not available within. The value is $2,000.00 per year not to exceed four (4) years.

Awards are base on major grade point average, special circumstances and distribution by island.
How do I apply for Nursing Scholarship?
This is a stipulation scholarship in the amount of $3,500.00 - 5,000.00 base on funds availibilty for which the applicant must meet the following requirements: Must be enrolled in a Nursing Program, have a GPA of 2.5 or above and attending an accredited institution.

Applicant Eligibility: Must be a bona fide resident of the Virgin Islands, graduate from a high school in the Virgin Islands, in financial need,· have a cumulative grade point average of no less than 2.0 or 2.5 for Nursing and accepted to or attending an accredited institution.

Territorial Scholarships under this section may be of varied character according to the needs of the student and his or her educational program. The maximum award for graduates and undergraduates is $6,000.00. Limited total award of $4.600.00 for UVI undergrad students; grant amount not exceed $3,500.00 and $6,000.00 for off-island colleges/universiities; grant amount not exceed $4,500.00. Limited total award of $5,000.00 for on-line courses; grant not to exceed $4,000.00.
